Returns and Eligibility

If your item is defective, damaged, or you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at modelbuildings2010@outlook.comwithin 14 days of receipt so we can assist in resolving the issue.

All orders are carefully packaged and dispatched via Royal Mail 2nd Class within the UK.

Order processing typically takes between 5 and 30 days. I strive to dispatch most orders within 12 days or less, depending on current demand.

We use PayPal — your purchase is protected.

For returns on eligible items, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange the return.

Returned items must be sent back within 30 days of receipt, and must be in their original, unused condition.

For international returns, packages must be clearly marked as a return on the CN22 customs declaration. Failure to do so may result in any additional charges being deducted from your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. This will include the original standard shipping cost. Please note that optional shipping upgrades are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.

In cases of damage or faults, photographic evidence will be required before a return or refund can be processed.

We accept no liability for any additional charges incurred when shipping to the European Union.
