Returns and Eligibility
If your item is defective, damaged, or does not meet your expectations, please contact us at modelbuildings2010@outlook.com within 14 days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We use PayPal — your purchase is protected.
For eligible returns, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange the return.
Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt and in their original, unused condition.
For international returns, parcels must be clearly marked as a return on the CN22 customs form. Failure to do so may result in any incurred charges being deducted from your refund.
Once your return has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued, including the original standard shipping cost. Please note that any optional shipping upgrades are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.
In cases of damage or defects, photographic evidence will be required before a return or refund can be processed.
Delivery Estimates and Delayed or Lost Orders
While we aim to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur.
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail. According to their policies, parcels may be classified as lost after the following timeframes:
- UK: 14 working days
- Europe: 25 working days
- Rest of World: 32 working days
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us. However, please note that claims for lost parcels and refunds cannot be processed until the relevant waiting period has passed.
